What is Pilates?

It is a method of body conditioning and strengthening created by Joseph Pilates which has been around for almost 100 years.

It uses a system of exercises on unique spring-loaded apparatus including the Reformer to build and challenge strength, stability and flexibility. 

Whether you are new to exercise or starting exercise after injury, pregnancy, or post-surgery, Classical Pilates can be practised from teens to retirement.

Pilates is not a substitute for physiotherapy.
