Foundation: for
anyone who has never trained in Classical Pilates regardless
of experience in other disciplines such as Yoga or Pilates
based classes. We recommend a minimum of 6 weeks before
moving to a mixed ability group and to be guided by your
teacher on progression.
Pilates for Seniors: Classical PIlates matwork with props for the more senior student.
Mixed Ability: for students who have a minimum of 6 weeks experience in Classical Pilates.
Intermediate Challenge: for students who practice regularly in addition to attending classes. A student may only move to this group on the recommendation of their teacher.
Class Costs
At Classical Pilates UK we believe that Pilates should be accessible and affordable for many people. Our class prices therefore may seem lower than other Pilates providers you have seen and this reflects our philosophy. The prices below cover our community based classes and the studio in Troon.
Where your teacher has additional qualifications e.g. Chiropractic Physiotherapy or Remedial Therapy, individual charges will be made by the teacher.
The following prices are valid from
from 22nd March 2010.
